Say No to Suicide and Yes to LIFE...........!!!!!

SUICIDE THE SECOND LAST OPTION..............!!!!!

Question: What is the last option then?

Answer: The last option is to Fight.

Question: Fight what?

Answer: Fight the reason because of which you had a thought of choosing suicide.

Question: How?

Answer: Start small, take one person into confidence and share everything including your thought of opting for suicide. (your mind is too much into the problem and the problem can’t be solved with the same mind that created the problem)

Question: I don’t have even a single person to talk I think nobody cares for me (-----First, this is what you think (we can all be wrong sometimes) and Second, there is always more than one person who think for our betterment, they may not be present right in front of you but yes, they do exist your task is to go find them-----).

Answer: Its ok many people did great things alone you too will do one great thing today you will fight and guess what:

you already have a lead want to know what?

You don’t fear death and it’s a great thing to fight against the whole world let alone few circumstances or people.

Question: So, I am going to fight either with the help of someone or alone but How?

Answer: Its easy you need a weapon first and its very handy you can get it easily.

Question: What is that weapon and where will I get it?

Answer: It is HOPE and you will find it in the eyes of people. (your task here is to find at least one happy person and see what his eyes look like when he is happy and try to replicate the exact same feeling)

Question: Now what?

Answer: Now you are prepared, you have the weapon and you have a proper mindset. Next thing you will do is give something. (To be happy again you must give all of it until you are empty and I promise you will never be empty)

Question: What will I have to give I have nothing left in my life?

Answer: you must give UNCONDITIONAL LOVE (LOVE with NO CONDITIONS not even a single condition) and keep on giving love until you are empty of it.

Question: Who am I supposed to give love?

Answer: People and Situations. You are going to love everyone in your life, just as they are, even the person you hate the most and even if, the Situations are worst you will smile and give love.

Question: I hate people and situations that’s why I want to die.

Answer: All I ask of you is one week with no conditions and infinite LOVE.

Your conditions are the devil here: they are luring you, tempting you making you believe that if your conditions are fulfilled you will be happy. If you keep your happiness your joy on hold that is the biggest sin. Leave all your conditions behind and come to a world where Joy is not the servant of conditions created by mind. Why listen to the voice in the head when it says “I should die” after all the voice in the head is not GOD, you have to find your own GOD.

Whatever you are doing you are doing out of love may be because you love a person, maybe you love a lifestyle, maybe you love getting appreciated but remember LOVE has only one condition…...that it is UNCONDITIONAL.

So, LOVE, LAUGH and LIVE is the mantra I suggest for you, you must repeat this as many times as possible in a day.

You are strong…. I believe it, Do You??

(Technical Details on the Suicide by a doctor)
You are in depression. Depression can be cured.
Why not take a few pills a few days then live happily ever after.
For example: A person uses spectacle to see clearly, if he tries to see without it his eyes gets stressed, in the same manner every problem of your life can be solved but don't stress yourself take help of a doctor.
Last point: I have seen people who first thought suicide is the last option but now live a very very happy life after getting treatment for depression.

1) know your enemy: DEPRESSION
2) Fight with it until you win: Take Counsel (please see a doctor/Psychiatrist)
3) Love - Laugh - Live, if not for you then for a reason/person.

Truth and Beauty : A Spiritual Touch

Çréla Prabhupäda first published this essay in India, in the old tabloid  version of his then—fortnightly magazine Back to Godhead (November 20,  1958). It contains the unforgettable story of "liquid beauty," in which Çréla  Prabhupäda dramatically exposes the underlying principle of human  sexuality. This illuminating exposition on the nature of truth and beauty is  timeless and startlingly relevant for those in search of the "inner self."

There may sometimes be arguments about whether "truth" and "beauty"  are compatible terms. One would willingly agree to express the truth,  one might say, but since truth is not always beautiful—indeed, it is  frequently rather startling and unpleasant—how is one to express truth  and beauty at the same time?
In reply, we may inform all concerned that "truth" and "beauty" are  compatible terms. Indeed, we may emphatically assert that the actual  truth, which is absolute, is always beautiful. The truth is so beautiful that  it attracts everyone, including the truth itself. Truth is so beautiful that  many sages, saints, and devotees have left everything for the sake of  truth. Mahatma Gandhi, an idol of the modern world, dedicated his life  to experimenting with truth, and all his activities were aimed toward  truth only.
Why only Mahatma Gandhi? Every one of us has the urge to search for  truth alone, for the truth is not only beautiful but also all-powerful, allresourceful, all-famous, all-renounced, and all-knowledgeable.  Unfortunately, people have no information of the actual truth. Indeed,  99.9 percent of men in all walks of life are pursuing untruth only, in the  name of truth. We are actually attracted by the beauty of truth, but  since time immemorial we have been habituated to love of untruth  appearing like truth. Therefore, to the mundaner "truth" and "beauty"  are incompatible terms. The mundane truth and beauty may be  explained as follows.

Once a man who was very powerful and strongly built but whose  character was very doubtful fell in love with a beautiful girl. The girl was  not only beautiful in appearance but also saintly in character, and as  such she did not like the man's advances. The man, however, was  insistent because of his lustful desires, and therefore the girl requested  him to wait only seven days, and she set a time after that when he could  meet her. The man agreed, and with high expectations he began waiting  for the appointed time.
The saintly girl, however, in order to manifest the real beauty of  absolute truth, adopted a method very instructive. She took very strong  doses of laxatives and purgatives, and for seven days she continually  passed loose stool and vomited all that she ate. Moreover, she stored all  the loose stool and vomit in suitable pots. As a result of the purgatives,  the so-called beautiful girl became lean and thin like a skeleton, her  complexion turned blackish, and her beautiful eyes sank into the sockets  of her skull. Thus at the appointed hour she waited anxiously to receive  the eager man.
The man appeared on the scene well dressed and well behaved and asked  the ugly girl he found waiting there about the beautiful girl he was to  meet. The man could not recognize the girl he saw as the same beautiful  girl for whom he was asking; indeed, although she repeatedly asserted  her identity, because of her pitiable condition he was unable to  recognize her.
At last the girl told the powerful man that she had separated the  ingredients of her beauty and stored them in pots. She also told him that  he could enjoy those juices of beauty. When the mundane poetic man  asked to see these juices of beauty, he was directed to the store of loose  stool and liquid vomit, which were emanating an unbearably bad smell.  Thus the whole story of the beauty-liquid was disclosed to him. Finally,  by the grace of the saintly girl, this man of low character was able to  distinguish between the shadow and the substance, and thus he came to  his senses.

This man's position was similar to the position of every one of us who is  attracted by false, material beauty. The girl mentioned above had a  beautifully developed material body in accordance with the desires of her mind, but in fact she was apart from that temporary material body  and mind. She was in fact a spiritual spark, and so also was the lover who  was attracted by her false skin.
Mundane intellectuals and aesthetics, however, are deluded by the  outward beauty and attraction of the relative truth and are unaware of  the spiritual spark, which is both truth and beauty at the same time. The  spiritual spark is so beautiful that when it leaves the so-called beautiful  body, which in fact is full of stool and vomit, no one wants to touch that  body, even if it is decorated with a costly costume.  We are all pursuing a false, relative truth, which is incompatible with  real beauty. The actual truth, however, is permanently beautiful,  retaining the same standard of beauty for innumerable years. That  spiritual spark is indestructible. The beauty of the outer skin can be  destroyed in only a few hours merely by a dose of a strong purgative, but  the beauty of truth is indestructible and always the same. Unfortunately,  mundane artists and intellectuals are ignorant of this beautiful spark of  spirit. They are also ignorant of the whole fire which is the source of  these spiritual sparks, and they are ignorant of the relationships between  the sparks and the fire, which take the form of transcendental pastimes.  When those pastimes are displayed here by the grace of the Almighty,  foolish people who cannot see beyond their senses confuse those  pastimes of truth and beauty with the manifestations of loose stool and  vomit described above. Thus in despair they ask how truth and beauty  can be accommodated at the same time.  Mundaners do not know that the whole spiritual entity is the beautiful  person who attracts everything. They are unaware that He is the prime  substance, the prime source and fountainhead of everything that be.  The infinitesimal spiritual sparks, being parts and parcels of that whole  spirit, are qualitatively the same in beauty and eternity. The only  difference is that the whole is eternally the whole and the parts are  eternally the parts. Both of them, however, are the ultimate truth,  ultimate beauty, ultimate knowledge, ultimate energy, ultimate  renunciation, and ultimate opulence.  Although written by the greatest mundane poet or intellectual, any  literature which does not describe the ultimate truth and beauty is but a store of loose stool and vomit of the relative truth. Real literature is that  which describes the ultimate truth and beauty of the Absolute.

Napoleon Hill's 17 Principles of Personal Achievement

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.

Lesson 1: Definiteness of Purpose
Definiteness of purpose is the starting point of all achievement. Without a purpose and a plan, people drift aimlessly through life.
Lesson 2: Mastermind Alliance
The Mastermind principle consists of an alliance of two or more minds working in perfect harmony for the attainment of a common definite objective. Success does not come without the cooperation of others.
Lesson 3: Applied Faith
Faith is a state of mind through which your aims, desires, plans and purposes may be translated into their physical or financial equivalent.
Lesson 4: Going the Extra Mile
Going the extra mile is the action of rendering more and better service than that for which you are presently paid. When you go the extra mile, the Law of Compensation comes into play.
Lesson 5: Pleasing Personality
Personality is the sum total of one’s mental, spiritual and physical traits and habits that distinguish one from all others. It is the factor that determines whether one is liked or disliked by others.
Lesson 6: Personal Initiative
Personal initiative is the power that inspires the completion of that which one begins. It is the power that starts all action. No person is free until he learns to do his own thinking and gains the courage to act on his own.
Lesson 7: Positive Mental Attitude
Positive mental attitude is the right mental attitude in all circumstances. Success attracts more success while failure attracts more failure.
Lesson 8: Enthusiasm
Enthusiasm is faith in action. It is the intense emotion known as burning desire. It comes from within, although it radiates outwardly in the expression of one’s voice and countenance.
Lesson 9: Self-Discipline
Self-discipline begins with the mastery of thought. If you do not control your thoughts, you cannot control your needs. Self-discipline calls for a balancing of the emotions of your heart with the reasoning faculty of your head.
Lesson 10: Accurate Thinking
The power of thought is the most dangerous or the most beneficial power available to man, depending on how it is used.
Lesson 11: Controlled Attention
Controlled attention leads to mastery in any type of human endeavor, because it enables one to focus the powers of his mind upon the attainment of a definite objective and to keep it so directed at will.
Lesson 12: Teamwork
Teamwork is harmonious cooperation that is willing, voluntary and free. Whenever the spirit of teamwork is the dominating influence in business or industry, success is inevitable. Harmonious cooperation is a priceless asset that you can acquire in proportion to your giving.
Lesson 13: Adversity & Defeat
Individual success usually is in exact proportion of the scope of the defeat the individual has experienced and mastered. Many so-called failures represent only a temporary defeat that may prove to be a blessing in disguise.
Lesson 14: Creative Vision
Creative vision is developed by the free and fearless use of one’s imagination. It is not a miraculous quality with which one is gifted or is not gifted at birth.
Lesson 15: Health
Sound health begins with a sound health consciousness, just as financial success begins with a prosperity consciousness.
Lesson 16: Budgeting Time & Money
Time and money are precious resources, and few people striving for success ever believe they possess either one in excess.
Lesson 17: Habits
Developing and establishing positive habits leads to peace of mind, health and financial security. You are where you are because of your established habits and thoughts and deeds.

The 48 Laws of Power

A moral, cunning, ruthless, and instructive, this piercing work distills three thousand years of the history of power in to forty-eight well explicated laws. As attention--grabbing in its design as it is in its content, this bold volume outlines the laws of power in their unvarnished essence, synthesizing the philosophies of Machiavelli, Sun-tzu, Carl von Clausewitz, and other great thinkers. Some laws teach the need for prudence ("Law 1: Never Outshine the Master"), the virtue of stealth ("Law 3: Conceal Your Intentions"), and many demand the total absence of mercy ("Law 15: Crush Your Enemy Totally"), but like it or not, all have applications in real life. Illustrated through the tactics of Queen Elizabeth I, Henry Kissinger, P. T. Barnum, and other famous figures who have wielded--or been victimized by--power, these laws will fascinate any reader interested in gaining, observing, or defending against ultimate control.

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari is a book about the development of character and discipline in life, written by Robin Sharma, a writer and leadership guru. It conveys a message that one should also live his life freely in spite of working all day.

  • Things are always created twice: first in the workshop of the mind and then, only then, in reality.
  • Luck … is nothing more than the marriage of preparation with opportunity.
  • The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master.
  • Saying that you don’t have time to improve your thoughts and your life is like saying you don’t have time to stop for gas because you are too busy driving.
  • The mind can only hold one thought at a time … (when an undesirable thought occupies the focal point of your mind, immediately replace it with an uplifting one).
  • Once you make your goal known to the world, there will instantly be pressure on you to work towards its fulfillment since no one likes to look like a failure).
  • If you do anything for twenty-one days in a row, it will be installed as a habit.
  • Life doesn’t always give you what you ask for, but it always gives you what you need.
  • Secret of Vision Board

    What is a Vision Board?

vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life. (Note that in our ultra digital age, you can also create vision boards to display on your computer screen and mobile devices.
What is the point? Simply put, we humans tend to be a very busy species and constantly bombarded by distractions. Making use of vision boards serves several purposes, some of which include helping you to:
    • Identify your vision and give it clarity.
    • Reinforce your daily affirmations.
    • Keep your attention on your intentions.

You can let your imagination go wild with a Vision Board, and
place pictures of all the things you want, and pictures of how you
want your life to be. Make sure you put the Vision Board in a place
where you see it and look at it every day. Feel the feelings of having those things now. As you receive, and feel gratitude for receiving, you can remove pictures and add new
    ones.

    Secret of Visualization and Imagination

The reason visualization is so powerful is because as you create
pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want,
you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now. Visualization
is simply powerfully focused thought in pictures, and it
causes equally powerful feelings. When you are visualizing, you
are emitting that powerful frequency out into the Universe. The
law of attraction will take hold of that powerful signal and return
those pictures back to you, just as you saw them in your mind.

"Imagination is everything. It is the preview of
    life's coming attractions."
    -Albert Einstein

It is helpful to use your imagination and make-believe you already
have whatever you want. Play games of having things and you
will feel better about everything; as you feel better about it, more good things will
    flow into your life.

The Hidden Power of the 12 Universal Laws

Have you ever tried to drive to a destination that you have never visited before and never knew anything about? Can you remember how many times you missed your way, the turnings and had to start all over again? Did you think a map or satellite navigator would have been very useful to you at that point in time?
That's what it feels like when we try to navigate through life without understanding that there are various laws of Nature (Universal laws) to abide by in order to win the game of life.
When we choose to ignore the natural Laws of the Universe, we do not need to be reminded that very often, we will experience struggle, resistance, unfulfilled destiny, pain, lack of direction etc .
It has always been in the nature of humanity to believe mostly in the things we can see, feel, taste, hear or touch while doubting anything else that is beyond the perception of our immediate senses. However, whether you believe it or not, these Universal Laws influence our everyday lives and you cannot change that. You can liken these Universal Laws to a very deep root of a tree buried underground which the ordinary eyes cannot see and yet, the root exerts so much influence on the tree because without the root, a tree cannot stand.
Here is a brief outline of the 12 Universal Laws:

    1) The Law of Divine Oneness
The Law of Divine Oneness is the first of the 12 Universal Laws and it helps us to understand that in this World we live, everything is connected to everything else. Every thought, words, actions and beliefs of ours affect others and the universe around us irrespective of whether the people are near or far away, in other words, beyond time and space.

    2) The Law of Vibration
The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe vibrates, moves, and travels in circular patterns. The same principle of vibration in the physical world apply to our feelings, desires, thoughts, dreams and will. Each sound, thought or thing has its own unique vibrational frequency. When you hear people say 'like attracts like', they are actually referring to how a vibrational energy can resonate with or is attracted to the same or a similar vibrational energy.

Basically, this is the reason why what others do or say affect us directly or indirectly. However, if you are not happy with your current vibration, you will need to make a conscious choice to focus your energy more on positive emotions and less on negative emotions in order to raise your vibration higher beyond the one you do not want in your life. If you do not want more bad news coming to you, do not be the one to start spreading it around to others. By giving others that which you desire, you indirectly increase that which comes back to you.
    3) The Law of Action
The Law of Action must be applied in order for us to manifest things on earth. Therefore, we must engage in actions that support our words, feelings, vision, thoughts, dreams and emotions. These actions will bring us manifestation of various results which are dependent on our specifically chosen words, thoughts, dreams, and emotions.
    4) The Law of Correspondence

The Law of Correspondence basically puts us in the drivers' seat of our own lives. Our outer world is a direct reflection of our inner world, therefore, we need to accept responsibility for our own lives.
Another good example for this law is the fact that in the physical world, energy, vibration, light and motion have their corresponding principles in the Universe. This explains the relationship between the world of the 'infinite small' and the 'infinite large' otherwise called Microcosm and Macrocosm respectively.
    5) The Law of Cause and Effect
The Law of Cause and Effect states that nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws. This means that, we have to take responsibility for everything that happens in our lives. Every action has an equal reaction or consequence and it is what we sow that we reap. You cannot plant a hibiscus flower and expect to reap a Rose flower. In other words, every thought, action, words are full of energy.
    6) The Law of Compensation
This Law of Compensation is the extended arm of the Law of Cause and Effect which is applied to abundance and blessings that flow into our lives in the form of friendships, gifts, money, inheritances and other forms of blessings. These various forms of compensation are the visible effects of our direct and indirect actions carried out throughout our lives.
    7) The Law of Attraction
This Law of Attraction shows how we create the events, people and things that come into our lives. All our thoughts, words, feelings and actions give out energies which, likewise attract like energies.
Positive energies will always attract positive energies while negative energies will always attract negative energies. It doesn't matter whether you want the negative or not. What you place your attention on, is what you attract into your life.
On the other hand, if you do not like the negative, you just need to raise your vibration higher and away from it in order to fully apply this Law of Attraction to work for you. For example, when anyone starts out thinking negatively, their vibration is lowered. As the focus on the problem rather than the solution becomes intense, the size and number of the problem will magnify as that's where the person's focus is.
    8) The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy is a powerful one. It states that we all have power within us to change any condition in our lives that we are not happy with. Higher energy vibration will definitely consume and transform lower ones. Therefore, we can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect a positive change in our lives.
    9) The Law of Relativity
The Law of Relativity states that each person will receive series of situations or problems for the purpose of strengthening the 'inner light' within us. This law makes it possible for us to stay connected to our hearts when we proceed to solve the problems or remedy the situation which is a 'test' for us.
This law also teaches us to compare our situations to other people's problems and put everything into its right perspective. No matter how bad we perceive our situations to be, there is always someone who is in a more difficult or worst situation thereby making it all relative.
Nobody is ever given a problem they will be unable to handle as we already have the ability to handle them. Do not spend your time looking for happiness from the outside as it already lies within you.
    10) The Law of Polarity
The Law of Polarity states that everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. There has to be darkness so that we might appreciate Light. There is Solid and liquid and we can see and feel the difference. We have the ability to suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by focusing on the opposite thought thereby bringing the desired positive change. This could also be likened to the law of mental vibration.
    11) The Law of Rhythm
The Law of Rhythm states that everything vibrates and moves to a certain rhythm. This rhythm establishes cycles, seasons, patterns, and stages of development. Each cycle is a reflection of the regularity of God's universe. To master each rhythm, you must rise above any negative part of the cycle.
    12) The Law of Gender
The Law of Gender states that everything has its masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) principles, and that these are the basis for all creation in the Universe. As spiritual beings, we must ensure that there is a balance between the masculine and feminine energies within us in order for us to become true co-creators with God.
